The Turkey Day.

I didn’t grow up with a turkey on the table during thanksgiving.

As a Dominican/Puerto Rican family, we didn’t do that. Our focus was rice, beans, pollo guisado (this is really good chicken), potato salad, cafesito (coffee), and cant forget about the tostones (Fried plantains).
